Crews are ordered in bulk the next business day. To be included in that round, please complete checkout by Saturday at 1 PM PST. Orders not completed by that time will be moved to the next claim live, which may extend your processing time.
Claim lives are typically held every 1–2 weeks, depending on stock, and take place on Fridays. Shirts are pressed the following week after claims close. Once ordered, shirts may take up to 5 business days to arrive, as warehouse processing and shipping (Monday–Friday) are completed before items are delivered to me to create your custom piece.
Because each item is custom-made to your selected size and color, all sales are final and refunds are not available.
